In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for Me wholeheartedly, you will find Me.”

Even Here

There are moments in life when I catch myself thinking, “I’ll feel peace when this is over.”

When the uncertainty passes.

When the prayer is answered.

When everything finally settles.

But today, I’m being reminded of something deeper — God is not waiting for the other side of this season to meet me. He is here, even now.

Even here in the waiting.

Even here in the questions.

Even here in the quiet spaces where I’m still trusting Him.

Sometimes I expect God’s presence to feel obvious — strong, unmistakable. But often, His presence is steady and quiet. It’s in the strength to keep going when I felt like giving up. It’s in the peace that comes without explanation. It’s in the reminder that I am not alone, even when life feels uncertain.

God never asked me to have everything figured out. He asked me to trust Him here.

Not when everything makes sense.

Not when the outcome is clear.

But here — in this moment.

There is something sacred about realizing that I don’t have to escape this season to experience God. He is already in it. Walking beside me. Holding what I cannot carry. Preparing what I cannot yet see.

Today, I don’t need to rush ahead. I don’t need to force clarity. I only need to remember that wherever I am, God is already there.

And that is enough.

Matthew 28:20 NIV

“And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Where in your life are you waiting for things to change before you feel peace?

What would it look like to trust that God is with you right now?

Can you allow yourself to rest in His presence today?

As you breathe in, whisper: “You are here.”

As you breathe out, whisper: “I am not alone.”

Reflection

Closing Prayer

Lord,

Thank You for being with me in every season — not just when things are easy, but right here in the middle of it all.

Help me trust Your presence, even when I cannot see what You are doing.

Teach me to rest in You today, knowing I am not alone.

Amen.
